Our bathroom installation team in south Essex does nothing else, so you get someone who knows the pipework, the pressure and the hot water supply properly, not someone learning it on your job. Water at roughly 319 ppm across SS7. Hard water goes after showers, mixers and thermostatic valves first, so it changes what's worth fitting in a bathroom here.
Basildon
Around 335 ppm, with a lot of 1970s housing still on original pipework. Bathrooms in those homes usually need the supply looked at properly, not just the suite swapped.
Rayleigh
Semis and detached houses across Rayleigh, Hockley, Rochford and Hullbridge, plenty of them at the age where the original bathroom is well overdue.
