A heat pump isn't a boiler swap, and it shouldn't be treated like one.
Most heating engineers round here have spent their careers on gas. A heat pump runs at lower flow temperatures, needs the system sized around the fabric of your home, and behaves nothing like the boiler it replaces. Get that wrong and you end up with a house that never quite warms up and bills higher than you were promised.
We've done the training, we survey properly before quoting, and we'll tell you straight if your home isn't a good candidate. There's no version of this where we sell you a system that won't work.

Water at roughly 319 ppm across SS7. Hard water matters more with heat pumps than people expect, since scale on a heat exchanger costs you efficiency on a system whose whole case is efficiency.
Basildon
Around 335 ppm, with a lot of 1970s housing on original pipework. Those homes often need the system properly assessed rather than assumed.
Rayleigh
Semis and detached houses with the outdoor space heat pumps need. Rayleigh's historic centre sits in a conservation area, which can affect where an external unit is allowed to go.
