Water here runs at roughly 319 ppm. Limescale builds fast in boilers across SS7, and the Carbon Trust puts just 1mm of scale at around 7% more energy used. We know exactly what to look for.
Basildon
Harder still at around 335 ppm, with a lot of 1970s housing still on original pipework. One of our busiest areas for both servicing and full system upgrades.
Rayleigh
Semis and detached houses, many still running older boilers well past their efficient life. We cover Rayleigh, Hockley, Rochford and the surrounding villages.
Southend
Leigh-on-Sea through to Westcliff and Thorpe Bay. Worth knowing: salt-laden estuary air corrodes external pipework, flue terminals and condensate brackets faster near the seafront, so coastal properties need checking for things inland homes never see.
